Bali Retreat Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Bali Fitness Retreat (October 5th, 2024):
We are thrilled that you have registered for our Bali fitness retreat. We understand that plans can change, and to ensure a fair and transparent process, we have outlined our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Timeframe:
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before the start of the retreat (before August 6th, 2024) will be eligible for a full refund of the retreat cost, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
- Cancellations made between 30 to 59 days before the start of the retreat will be eligible for a 50% refund of the retreat cost, minus any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of the retreat will not be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Refundable Deposits:
To secure your spot in the retreat, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be required at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, the non-refundable deposit will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the cancellation timeframe.
- Travel and Accommodation:
Please note that this cancellation policy applies only to the retreat itself and does not cover any expenses related to travel, accommodation, or other arrangements made independently from the retreat. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances that may impact your travel plans.
- Transfer of Reservation:
If you are unable to attend the retreat but know someone who would like to take your place, you may transfer your reservation to that person. The transfer must be requested in writing and approved by our team at least 14 days before the start of the retreat. Please note that any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees associated with your original reservation will still apply.
- Retreat Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that we, the organizers, need to cancel the Bali fitness retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, participants will be offered a full refund of all payments made to us. However, we will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as travel and accommodation arrangements.
6. Payment Cut-off:
All payments must be made and completed 30 days before the retreat begins. Failing to finalise payments by the cut off date will result in a cancellation of your spot on the retreat. Unfortunately we have a limited number of retreat members and failure to finalise payment by this date will mean someone may lose their spot who is willing to join. No refunds will be issued at this stage.
