This is your training schedule app. All workouts, steps and weekly schedule will be tracked on this app. You will receive an email to sign up to this app.

2. MyFitness Pal

This app is how we will be tracking all of our food. Calories and Macros. This app will sync to your Trainerize app so we can see how your nutrition is tracking.

3. Facebook Private Group

Our private facebook group chat will be our main form of communication between trainers and all participants. You will receive an invite link via email to this group.
